Office of nursing services
This unit is located on the second floor and the employees of this unit are one person as a nursing manager, one person as an infection control supervisor, one person as an educational supervisor and a number of clinical supervisors according to the needs of the hospital.
Goals:
- Maintaining and improving the quality of nursing services in order to increase the satisfaction of patients and employees.
- Improving the process of comprehensive precautions and managed instructions.
- Improving the management process of training employees and patients.
- Establishing clinical governance and accreditation system.
- Improving the management process of cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
- Improving the human resource management process.
- Improving the registration and documentation process.
