Office of nursing services

This unit is located on the second floor and the staff of this unit includes one person as a nursing manager, one person as an infection control supervisor, one person as an educational supervisor, and a number of clinical supervisors depending on the hospital’s needs.

Objectives:

• Maintaining and improving the quality of nursing services in order to increase patient and staff satisfaction.

  Improving the process of universal precautions and managed guidelines.
• 
  Improving the process of managing staff and patient education.
• 
  Establishing a clinical governance and accreditation system.
• 
  Improving the process of managing cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
• 
  Improving the process of managing human resources.
• 
  Improving the process of recording and documentation.
