Admission rules
Full compliance with the hijab and Islamic etiquette is mandatory. Only one companion (guardian) is necessary for the admission, file creation, and hospitalization procedures, and no other companion is required until the start of the visiting hours. The patient’s identification bracelet is tied to the patient’s hand in the admission unit for identification purposes only. Be diligent in maintaining it until discharge.
A public telephone is provided in the reception lobby for the convenience of our dear guests.
Discharge Rules
Discharge Rules: It takes at least 3 hours from the time of discharge by the doctor until the completion of the case. Please receive the following information upon discharge. (Receive discharge form, patient education form, nutrition, care measures and case summary sheet, prescription, treating physician card, bill of expenses)
Ward Rules
After admission to the ward, you will receive a bag containing personal items (pillowcase, tissue, etc.). If you run out of consumables, you can purchase the items you need from the hospital store. You are responsible for all the patient’s and companion’s belongings.
(If you have valuables and do not have a place to store them, you can inform the shift manager.) The hospital store is open every day from 8:00 to 14:00. Visiting hours for patients in the surgical wards are from 16:00 to 14:00. The movement of companions is free from 16:00 to 22:00, and is prohibited after 22:00. Please refrain from bringing children under 12 years of age to the hospital.
The console above each patient’s head has facilities such as (nurse call system, bedside lamp, oxygen). In double and general rooms, if approved by the ward manager, you are allowed to have one companion in a homogeneous manner. If the patient is transferred from the operating room to the ICU, the companions must immediately evacuate the room and deliver it to the ward. Spiritual facilities are available for your loved ones in the room.
It is also possible to use the hospital prayer room on the third floor. Respected companionship: If your patient is admitted to the room, 1 companion is included, breakfast (distribution at 7 am), lunch (distribution at 11:30 am), and dinner (distribution at 6:30 pm). Food containers are collected one hour after food distribution.
